Sometimes the whole Board is ready to evolve, and other times the work is a gentle process of raising awareness and beginning conversations. Our specialty is working with respect, knowledge and patience to create the Board that your organisation needs to succeed. We begin by designing a process that will get results. Usually for us this is a combination of listening to Board members and other key players (often some who are external to your organisation), synthesizing and playing-back insights, and coaching and facilitating through recommendations. We work in big and small ways over time, as appropriate. Using our experience, expertise and networks we help you to create a Board that is ticking all the boxes of both governance and leading thinking so that your organisation can thrive in what is a fast-changing and increasingly disrupted sector.
